What is a Life Coach?
Excellent question, my friend! There are lots of definitions for coaching but one that resonates with me is: A life coach is a trained expert who works with others towards moving their life from its current state to a more desired state faster and smoother than if the individual attempted it on their own. Your coach is your thought partner, accountability buddy, and your number one ally!
Honestly? You don’t. Coaching is not for people in NEED. Coaching is an investment in yourself and in your life. It is for people who recognize life has more to offer than the ordinary track everyone expects you to take.
Go to school, get married, buy a house, have children…now what? Is that really all there is?

Using tried-and-true techniques developed by the Life Purpose Institute and used by thousands of people worldwide, we will work together to identify your areas for growth, define your life's purpose, work through obstacles and barriers to success, build a plan of action, and become accountable for seeing change happen!
